Always there are difference between the people and different kinds of personalities around the world, so these differences drive to the wars. A lot of people die because they fight for goals, for example, for a dream, country, family and religion. Even competitions exist for to have the best weapon between countries.
But after the war and destruction, just the silent is the unique thing that walk on the empties streets and roads, painful in all bodies and sadness. But there are people that fight without weapons all wars, brave people that help the painful and sadness of the war. People that work in Hospitals , help institutions and conventions, with just one thinking , don’t matter , where or who , just help the people.
Also there are people that fight without weapons like institutions that try to create pacific solutions with different opinions, for example with pacific parades , advertising , etc. I agree with this topic because , the war create a lot of bad things, like , die , sadness and destruction. But is almost impossible to eliminate the war, so with support to institutions, hospitals , and helps places , is the most important action that I think necessary for to get warriors without weapons.

Work Place Privacy

Each industry wants to be sure their employees are working all the time, but they don’t want to be monitoring when they are talking or thinking in things that are not about the job, because they feel very uncomfortable in the work place. So there are people agreeing with the monitoring to employees, for example, administrators or the guard’s security, and on the other hand, people like the employees disagree with the privacy policy.
Is very common to see in different workplaces, video cameras, guard’s securities, etc. But with the new technologies is more easy and fast to monitor many aspects, by telephone, computers terminal, through electronic and voice mail, and also when the employees are using the Internet. These things in a workplace create an uncomfortable environment for all employees, but a good and safe workplace for the employers.
I think that is very necessary to monitor the environment where the employees are working, because exist many benefits, for example, to check that all employees are working normally, all employees are OK, there are not any problem, but if have some problem, in that moment I can to fix up the problem, or in a emergency to activate the alarm, etc. But there are negative things that the employees don’t like, but are necessary to get it, because is with the objective to create a safe place. With the new technology is possible to not create an uncomfortable workplace, and with a respective study of the places in the company, have some parts where the employees have their privacy.

Religion

The importance about that I have is because God wants this for me, so thank to God everyday of all things that I have, about the people around me that I love, the opportunities that the life give me, and many things that happen, don’t matter if are bad or good, always I thank to God because here I am, with my health, family, opportunities and my study.

A world where the drugs dominate a lot of teenagers, sex is don’t have limits, two guys are married or two girls too, so these examples provocative to the people to do bad things. But on the other hand, that people that did those horrible actions with the kids, destroy the big family of persons that believe in the catholic church, because they thing that all priests are the seams, but not, they are good people that want to show and teach how God is loving us. Finally, we should to be good faithful, making excellent decisions of our life’s, always with God in front of our minds and the Virgin Maria.

Feng Shui, historically it was widely used to oriental building, it meaning wind and water in Chinese, is an ancient form of geomancy, on the art of aligning things in the environment to create harmony and good luck. Feng Shui sense the building, because with the knowledge of this art, as possible to express different feelings around you. Moreover, the Feng Shui, in referent to the theory is an enviable life force or energy, called Chi; it is very common for the Chineses.

I agree with the Feng Shui, because I think that if we changed any building, or if you want to change your feeling, you can transform the things that are around you. This art is very famous around the world, and very expensive, because many people that work interior decoration used this technique in order to demonstrate the best way to create a space in the buildings. Over the years, south came to be associated with fame, fortune, summer with number nine and the color red, this is an example of the Feng Shui.
As a conclusion this very popular art, is very important in places like houses because you can be create a new better place where you sleep, where you play, where you study, where you can get luck and more. In some places like Chinese are great demand, and it is estimated that nearly of 85 percent on Hong Kong residents apply Fen Shui. Finally the Feng Shui is Art, where express your personality and try to get good things.

Tipping Point

The moment of critical mass, how to define Galdwell, is the tipping point, because this is important topic where we can see big events. In many kinds of the life, such as , business, psychology, etc, where exist tipping point in specific time, for example statistics where there are crime, murders , rapes and violence in different cities around the world. The tipping point also is define how the high level in some event, for example poverty that affect every country.


One the many examples where I can show in this essay is the global economic crisis, because in the normal economy that we have every days, there are moments when exist a gigantic problem that affect our wallet. But in the begin of this big problem, star with a simple trouble, like one industry in USA sells without control many things, that can be the begin of a crisis that affect all America, because USA export to every countries of America. So this example show us the concept of tipping point, but as I mentioned before there are many ways to show it.


As a conclusion the tipping point represent things make for us, so we are the responsible to create tipping point, but about helps people to need us, planting trees, helps the environment. On the other hand, decrease tipping point that represent, crimes and bad things. As recommendations is very important to show to all kids values in order to get goodcitizens and be the change.

The innovation week was a excellent activity, because that was about a important topic in this time, so this characteristic makes that week very interesting. This week help to all students to apply the theory with the real life, when they see the important to innovate. Many kinds of projects and machines that I saw those days were fantastic and it adds value to the amazing idea.
But on the other hand, I think that the week may have been promoted more by Black Board, trying to putting on the page publicity in all class. In everything else was good, so there was very orderly with the speech, presentation of machines and business banners. I liked the business that came to the university, like HP, Panda Security, etc.
Finally I want to congratulate your amazing work, with the planning, time and resource that you did apply, because as consequence all students can see the interesting topic that actually is very important to know for the future of our world and I am proud to be part of this university.

Honesty and Lie

The honesty is like a synonym of truth because a Person who always says the truth is a honest person, so when can we be a honest person? When we say the truth, when we pay what is fair and when we do not steal somebody else’s money, and when we help people who need it.
What kinds of abilities do we need to be honest? Some characteristics of this important value are, to always tell the truth, accept our mistakes, we need courage; don’t copy in things like exams or test, even to be honest in a job, in our home and where we study.
But, it almost easier to get the uncomplicated way, I mean, the lie. Lying is the appositive of honesty, because the lie is when the people created a secret of something, or they say things that are not true, for example, when some kids say to their parents, that they have “ad’s” in their tests, but that is not that way, another example is when people is dating and they say to each other how much love they have to give and the next step is cheating,
So now, there are two ways know, the honesty and on the other hand lies, but prefer is the lie, because is easier to do, and the honesty usually is more hard, so the lie is more common. But when you take the lie´s way, probably you will pay a high price of something, for example to loss a friend, a girlfriend or to destroy a marriage, only to hide something.
Other case is when between family members create a home´s lie, and them they have big problems, so that can be the pay of these mistakes.
As a conclusion, I recommend to all people that try to be honest with all the things that you doing, because later, when you will pay the price to lie, you will feel saddest, because it can be, to loss a family, to destroy a group of friends, etc, there are infinitive of things that will happen if you take the lie´s way.

Super size me

Many people around the world have different ways to enjoy their life, but some of these ways are obsession about something, like feel satisfaction with something attractive. These addictions can destroy the health of people, because when someone is part of an addiction is very hard to get out, and almost can be death. But is not instant, so, always is a process that increase with bad health with symptoms of addiction of your body.
In this time there are many things to think, but something that the people don’t do is about what kind of food we gobble every day, when I go to the restaurant, or he goes to eat to KFC, Mc Donald’s, BK, etc. The video that I can saw was men who want to show us, the dangerous of eat Mc Donald’s food for 30 days, eating junky food, but before of this, he goes to the doctor to check his body. Them, the doctor said that he is so health, and the demonstration will be just a little bite dangerous. So them he began the demonstration of the man for 30 days.
The first day he ate super size meal, in the morning, afternoon and night, bigger hamburgers and infinitive junky drink. 10 days later he will have changes in his body, because increasing the junk food, he will have overweight, and 19 days later he will feel like hectic and sick his body. So the doctor talked with him about is bad health that he have in that moment, because thanks to eat junked food, he create into his body sick bad symptoms and he should to stop the show.
As a conclusion, is very important to know what kind of food we eat, because our bodies can be affect with bad symptoms, because we can see cheap food around us, on top of that many business like Mac Donald’s that want to sell their products for us. But with the current trends, if with few money we can eat something that full my body, is necessary for us, don’t matter how much of vitamins or bad characteristics have, just we want to get fast and junked food. As a recommendations is necessary to balance all kind of food that we eat and try to practice sports, but is not bad to consume junked food some times, but always is very terrible.

PERSONALITY IN RELATION WITH THE LAW OF ATTRACTION

This topic is very common around the world, because everyone wants to get a partner, but first we should to know what personality is. Is characteristics of people like feelings and behaviors that to make a person unique. The next concept important to know is about law attraction, this is the power that you attract into your life to someone that can be almost perfect for you. These concepts together are very important, because with a good personality or a wish personality and the use of the law attraction you can be success in your life.
So, how the theory shows us about the law attraction, the power to attract into you, star since each one, in the brain, because with just want to think positive or negative, you create the energy around you. There are people extroverted that have excellent attitude, so they create vibration, for example vibration account 85% level is high, so probably attract other persons with the same vibration. On the other hand, people aloof can have an account over 15% (for example) and probably they magnetize the same people, so if you emit positive energy, may be you will get positive energy, and the opposite with the negative energy.

Addiction

Addiction is doing something you can’t stop, or is something that controls you, such as little things or big things that can control yourself all the time. Is something that your body will be need it, because in an addition makes a hole that is very hard to go out.
There are many kinds of addiction, like sex addition, drugs, internet, to eat, money, etc. Sex addiction is when the Pearson doesn’t leave to think about sex, and always want to have sex, or to see videos or pornography. On the other hand we have one of the more common addiction, that is about drugs, is when the Pearson proof drugs like, marihuana or cocaine. So when that person have an addition is very common to listen this “a need for more, this feel good”.

How to recognize if you have an addiction?

• you get defensive or irritable when people criticize it
• you feel guilty about it
• you try to cover it up or get secretive
• you're unable to cut down


The addiction is caused because around the people it can be easy to get some drugs or the environment has potential ways to get some addiction, The National Council on Alcoholism and Substance Abuse calls addiction

Consequence of the addictions are very bad, because this just create problems and problems, for example an emotional problems that can destroy your life and the life of people around you, for example with drugs, the health is one of the most important thing that can be affected or with the eat addiction, because there are two kinds of dependence of the food, to increase to eat or decrease it, until to get a disease.






But the addiction can be treated, with professional help, like doctor or psychologist, professional people that know how to help the addiction, one example is the alcoholics anonymous, is a place where the community with alcohol addiction can go to found ways to eliminate the obsession.

Presentation

This is a little presentation about me, and some characteristics of myself, where I live, what I like to do and my family.
My name is jonathan Neyra Solis, I am 19 years old, I live in Ipis of Guadalupe with my mother and my two brothers, also I have a dog that is part of my family, it name is Rex and is an American Standford. I study Industrial engineer and this is my second year in the university.
My little brother is studding in the university and my old brother almost ends his career, and me, is the half of my career in this university.
Some things that I like to do are, to play soccer when I have time, but I prefer to play at night because weather is better cold. I like to listen music, such as , rock , bachata and 80s music, because it doesn’t matter the kind of music while a I like it, also I like to play video games with my brothers and my friends because I like it. Almost every day in the morning I go out with my dog to run to the park if I have time.
I love when I stay with my girlfriend, because a love her so much , her name is Febel, is not very common. She is 19 years old, and she studies in the UCR, but she live near from my house, with my girlfriend I have two years and eight months together.
Actually I’m student, but I’m helping to my work’s father, in order to get experience with jobs, also I work with digital documents.
I think that the best way to be a professional in this world, is the study, because this ways will be opens a lot of doors and opportunities, so this is one of my objective of life, still working and to be a professional, but is not a piece of cake, because I should to work hard always.
When I will finish baccalaureate, I’m going to still studding even I can, because for me, life is more hard , so is very important to be ready, and also to have more experience in different ways of work.
As a conclusion, this was just I little bite of my life, and I hope in the English course, to learn a lot things and to practice the things that I know, because English is one of the important tools to get succeed.
