
Many people around the world have different ways to enjoy their life, but some of these ways are obsession about something, like feel satisfaction with something attractive. These addictions can destroy the health of people, because when someone is part of an addiction is very hard to get out, and almost can be death. But is not instant, so, always is a process that increase with bad health with symptoms of addiction of your body.
In this time there are many things to think, but something that the people don’t do is about what kind of food we gobble every day, when I go to the restaurant, or he goes to eat to KFC, Mc Donald’s, BK, etc. The video that I can saw was men who want to show us, the dangerous of eat Mc Donald’s food for 30 days, eating junky food, but before of this, he goes to the doctor to check his body. Them, the doctor said that he is so health, and the demonstration will be just a little bite dangerous. So them he began the demonstration of the man for 30 days.
The first day he ate super size meal, in the morning, afternoon and night, bigger hamburgers and infinitive junky drink. 10 days later he will have changes in his body, because increasing the junk food, he will have overweight, and 19 days later he will feel like hectic and sick his body. So the doctor talked with him about is bad health that he have in that moment, because thanks to eat junked food, he create into his body sick bad symptoms and he should to stop the show.
As a conclusion, is very important to know what kind of food we eat, because our bodies can be affect with bad symptoms, because we can see cheap food around us, on top of that many business like Mac Donald’s that want to sell their products for us. But with the current trends, if with few money we can eat something that full my body, is necessary for us, don’t matter how much of vitamins or bad characteristics have, just we want to get fast and junked food. As a recommendations is necessary to balance all kind of food that we eat and try to practice sports, but is not bad to consume junked food some times, but always is very terrible.
